Job summary

Fund Street Technologies is seeking a BSA/AML Manager to design and implement our BSA/AML program, risk assessments, and sanctions controls for our fintech lending platform serving SMBs. You will collaborate across Legal, Risk, Operations, Underwriting, Fraud, Engineering, and external partners.

Responsibilities include developing policies, CIP/CDD procedures, testing scripts, transaction monitoring, and SAR reporting; coordinating independent testing and audits; and providing training content

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BSA/AML compliance experience at a bank, fintech, lender, or other regulated financial institution.
• Hands-on experience building or significantly enhancing a BSA/AML program, including risk assessments, CIP/CDD procedures, and monitoring functions.
• Experience selecting, implementing, or tuning transaction monitoring and sanctions screening systems; SAR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the BSA/AML program, policies, and standards.
• Build governance reporting for senior leadership and external partners; cover program status, metrics, and risks.
• Develop BSA/AML risk assessments across products, customer types, geographies, and channels.
• Build/ enhance CIP, CDD, Beneficial Ownership procedures and related testing scripts; test activities.
• Design transaction monitoring scripts for commercial lending and reporting escalations.
• Advise on BSA/AML training for employees with role-specific content.
• Coordinate independent testing and track remediation findings.
• Serve as BSA/AML point of contact for audits and exams.
