Cardless in San Francisco is looking for a BizOps Associate to support daily operations and manage high-impact communications. You will work closely with the President to prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-ups, ensuring clear communication across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in consulting or banking with a strong focus on creating effective presentation materials and supporting senior leadership. The role is fully in-office, focusing on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or investment banking.
• Proven track record of building presentation materials that are used effectively.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in high-stakes settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the production of presentation materials for key meetings.
• Track action items and decisions across workstreams.
• Compile feedback and meeting notes into clear summaries.
