Job summary

Anblicks is seeking a Technical Project Manager / FinOps to keep cloud FinOps operations running with precision while delivering a next-generation FinOps platform. You will coordinate cross-team workflows, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure cost reporting is accurate for executive leadership.

You will manage chargebacks, cloud invoices, cost anomaly management, and Power BI reporting across AWS, Azure, and GCP, while guiding the team through agile practices and program-level milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / CSP preferred; PMP a plus.
• Experience coordinating multi-team technology programs with roadmaps and dependencies.
• Experience running agile ceremonies across multiple teams.
• Hands-on cloud financial management or FinOps experience with billing or cost reporting.
• Proficiency with Power BI and data validation against source systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Familiarity with CloudHealth or similar tooling and cost management platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise invoice/workflow processes (Coupa or similar).
• Ability to communicate complex cloud cost concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps work from initiation to completion: chargebacks, billing cycles, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, data, and AI teams for next-gen FinOps platform.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove blockers; ensure ownership and documented procedures.
• Manage monthly cost reports, savings plans, and purchasing workflows with procurement teams.
• Oversee CloudHealth configurations and adapt to billing format changes.
• Develop and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for executives and teams.
• Prepare recurring leadership updates and slide decks with cost insights.
• Mentor teams on agile practices and ensure on-time delivery.
