You will shape strategy, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and drive high-value Finance & Accounting mandates across IB, PE and Hedge Funds.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years’ Finance & Accounting recruitment experience.
• Proven track record building or scaling successful teams.
• Strong credibility within mid-to-senior Financial Operations markets.
• Commercial mindset with strategic growth capability.
• Resilience, energy and a genuine builder mentality.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for NYC FinOps vertical.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 3–4 consultants into consistent billers.
• Own high-value Finance & Accounting mandates across IB, PE and Hedge Funds.
• Establish clear sub-sector focus areas and market positioning.
• Drive revenue growth with average fees of $35K–$45K per placement.
