Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Senior FinOps Program Analyst to manage a portfolio of Corporate Engineering initiatives, coordinating scoping through delivery and post-launch review. You will partner with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security to track dependencies, risks, and progress, ensuring timely updates to leadership.

You will also support AI tooling adoption, coordinate trainings, monitor KPIs, and help refine program governance to improve consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination, with a solid grasp of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
  • Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives, including coordinating training and communications with end users.
  • Strong documentation skills, able to communicate plans, updates, and decisions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with experience tracking success metrics and KPIs to support program reporting
  • PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications is a plus.
  • An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • Track success metrics and KPIs for each program, compiling data to inform trade‑off discussions with the Manager, Technology Assurance.
  • Help maintain and refine program management processes, templates, and governance to improve consistency across Corporate Engineering.

Checkr is looking for a Senior FinOps Program Analyst to support execution and scheduling of internal technology programs, reporting to the Director of Billing Ops, in the Financial Operations organization. This person will track progress and coordinate delivery for a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI tooling adoption, financial and people systems, revenue and customer systems, security, and billing operations, helping keep each on track against scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. The role partners closely with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams to keep internal systems reliable and adopted as Checkr scales.

What you’ll do

Pay Transparency Disclosure

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. On‑target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)

$128,000 - $151,000 USD
