You will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions for cloud cost monitoring, allocation, and optimization to support cross-functional teams. The role involves developing automated pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze cloud billing data; creating dashboards with AWS QuickSight to provide actionable insights; and partnering with engineering to implement cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3–6+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, FinOps, or related role.
• Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Cost Explorer, CUR).
• Experience building dashboards with AWS QuickSight and CUR datasets.

Responsibilities

As a FinOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. Pay Range: $70.00

What's the Job?

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions for cloud cost monitoring, allocation, and optimization
• Develop automated pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze cloud billing and usage data
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using AWS QuickSight to provide actionable cost insights
• Partner with engineering teams to implement cost-efficient architectures and enforce FinOps best practices
• Identify and implement automated cost optimization strategies such as rightsizing, scheduling, savings plans, and spot usage

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, FinOps, or a related technical role
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Cost Explorer, CUR)
• Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations using AWS QuickSight
• Experience working with AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) and billing datasets
