Qualifications

- Willingness to relocate to Greece to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver omnichannel support for Mercedes-Benz customers, maintaining premium standards.
- Provide information on vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, and automotive technology.
- Assist clients with navigating connected car services and mobile platforms.
- Handle dealership services, warranty queries, and roadside assistance coordination.
- Maintain accurate records in automotive CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
