Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Mercedes customers from Greece. You will handle enquiries remotely via telephone, email, and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in French and English with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have C1/C2 level of French, both written and verbal.
• Native language and nationality must be listed in CV/cover letter.
• Must have a valid EU passport.
• Must be living in Greece or willing to relocate there with relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Support Mercedes customers remotely via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate, friendly assistance in French (and English) and ensure high customer satisfaction.
