Mervin Manufacturing is seeking a Finishing Technician for the Day Shift in Sequim, WA. The role involves completing steps to prepare snowboards for shipment, operating and adjusting finishing equipment, and assisting in quality control as the first boards post-press are inspected.

Job Purpose:Finishing involves completing the various steps required to make a snowboard ready to ship. They need to be able to operate and adjust several different types of equipment used in the process. Finishers are also looked to for assistance in the Quality Control process. As the first people to see the boards after they have been pressed, they are in the best position to check several aspects of the boards such as banana height, base contour, flex, lamination, insert sizes, etc.
