Instrument Development Co. is seeking a Finishing Technician to work under the supervision of the Team Leader/General Manager.
The role requires manual dexterity to grind, hone, and lap manufactured parts and to remove burrs from internal or external surfaces, with work subject to inspection and check. You will read and follow process controls, select abrasives and wheels, operate tools with proper pressure, and ensure deburring meets customer specifications.
