You will supervise, train, and motivate a team, manage schedules, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment readiness. Strong leadership and hands-on precision experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting, preferably finishing.
• Strong grasp of precision processes: grinding, lapping, burnishing, machining.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, specs, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the production floor and guide the finishing team.
• Motivate and support team members to meet daily production goals.
• Train employees on equipment, processes, and quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling and establish department priorities.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions.
• Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Support equipment readiness and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and staff development.
