Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Post Production Technician to prepare and finish parts to customer specs. You will tumble, deburr, surface finish, and install hardware while performing quality inspections and supporting efficient workflow on the production floor.

You will work with team leads to meet daily production goals in a clean, safe environment, following LEAN and 5S principles, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts per instructions.
• Tapping, countersinking, installing hardware.
• Interpret work instructions and use tools and inspection equipment.
• Perform quality checks to meet customer specs.
• Move materials and job orders through the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized area following LEAN and 5S.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to meet daily goals.
