Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Post Production Technician to prepare and finish manufactured parts, including tumbling, deburring, surface finishing, and hardware installation. You will perform quality inspections and support efficient workflow on the production floor to meet customer specs.

You will work with team leads to hit daily production goals in a clean, safe environment, adhering to LEAN and 5S principles. Full-time role based in Reno, NV with onsite manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform tasks such as deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts; install hardware.
• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per LEAN and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and communicate issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
