Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role.
• Knowledge of different finishing techniques and their applications.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity.
• Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must have own visa for working in the US without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various finishing techniques such as sanding painting staining and varnishing to enhance the appearance of products.
• Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages.
• Provide training and guidance to junior finishers when needed.
