Job summary

Matthews International is seeking a Finishing Operator at our Arkansas facility to perform a range of finishing tasks, inspect products, and ensure quality control throughout the process. You will operate belting, chasing, clear coating, grinding, painting, and packing/shipping steps, maintaining safety and efficiency while supporting production flow and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of finishing experience preferred.
• Basic MS Office Suite, Outlook and internet skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product at workstation to determine work required.
• Perform finishing operations meeting quality standards.
• Transfer product safely between stations and maintain area cleanliness.
• Operate belting, chasing, clear coating, drilling, tapping, and painting as needed.
• Observe safety rules and participate in shift end procedures.
• Support packing, shipping, and final quality inspection.
