Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Finishing Operator for the Casa Grande, AZ location. Start rate is $25.75 per hour during the New Hire Orientation Period (90 days), then increases to $28.13 per hour.

The role operates on a 2x2x5x5 shift schedule, with overtime frequently required. Responsibilities include processing material at the slice level, light inspection, trimming, node repair, packing, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in use of tape measure and ruler.
• Basic computer data entry knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing processes for material slices and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain, inspect, and pack finished material; prepare labels and packing materials.
• Collaborate with planning, scheduling, supervisors, leads and engineers to prioritize work.
• Record accurate paperwork and data for each job and movement through the plant.
• Perform quality checks, assist with rework and repairs as needed.
