Job summary

Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Corrugated Products Operator at our Casa Grande, AZ facility. Start rate: $25.00 per hour during orientation (90 days), increasing to $27.31 per hour.

The role operates on swing shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a $1.75 per hour shift premium and potential overtime. Responsibilities include processing HRP-C, HRP flex core, and related corrugated products, performing trimming, lay-up, curing, inspection, and material movement, while ensuring quality and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in manufacturing;16 May substitute with 6 months at Hexcel Casa Grande.
• Must be proficient in use of tape measure and ruler.
• Basic working knowledge of computer data entry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; write routine reports; communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform arithmetic and interpret graphs.

Responsibilities

• Process non-metallic corrugated products from start to finish (HRP-C, HRP flex core, 16# HDC, 17.5# HDC).
• Operate vertical saws, roll coaters, and dispatch ovens.
• Inspect products to meet specifications and report defects.
• Perform material issuing and stacking for shipment; wrap and pack products.
• Support source inspections and other packing duties.
