Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Finishing Operator to work Monday-Thursday, 2:45 pm–12:45 am. You will assemble, label, pack, and ship high-quality sample boards and swatches, while rotating through multiple assembly roles to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, safety-conscious, and committed to quality and timeliness in a manufacturing setting. This is a 10-hour non-rotating shift with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must meet production standards and operate machinery safely.
• Ability to input production data into the computer throughout the day.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to rotate through multiple assembly roles.
• Strong attention to quality and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, label, package, and ship high-quality sample boards and swatches.
• Operate Swatch Line, Pod Assembly, Labeling, Packaging, and related tasks.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Follow procedures and document required information.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety protocols.
• Support process improvements through feedback.
