Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing and distribution teams in Dalton, GA. Roles include Production Associate, Creeler, Creeler Operator, Lift Truck Operator, Machine Operator and more. Training is provided, prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Shift 3 runs Sunday through Thursday from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Positions require physical movement, lifting 15-50 lbs, and adherence to safety and quality standards as part of a team-focused

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push and pull repetitively.
• Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs - 50 lbs.
• Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production or material handling in assigned department.
• Follow safety, attendance, and performance policies.
• Participate in shift communication and teamwork to maintain workflow.
• Work overtime as required by production demands.
