Job summary

StickerGiant in Longmont, Colorado, is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to finalize sticker rolls and support packaging and shipping. You will operate finishing equipment, calibrate machines, and participate in cross-training across production lines. We value speed, accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of direct machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Ability to maintain health and safety requirements.
• Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality.
• Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tabletop label rewind machine including calibration, setup and daily cleaning.
• Operate a slitting machine including calibration, setup and daily cleaning.
• Rewind or slit daily volume of printed rolls for sticker and label products and count as needed.
• Assemble, finish and process a daily volume of print rolls, sheets and final sticker products.
• Assemble shipping packets and support shipping team with daily product workflow.
• Interpret job order details to set machine and finish rolls to customer specifications.
• Perform quality control inspections and remove defective items.
• Cross-train on other printing machinery as needed and develop capacity to support others.
