Job summary

StickerGiant, a Longmont, Colorado-based eCommerce company, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support the final stage of sticker and label production. You will run a tabletop rewind and slitting machines, finish rolls, and assist shipping while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.

Cross-training across machines is emphasized to ensure operational flexibility and teamwork. The role is 100% on-site with shift options and potential overtime to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct machine operator experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Ability to operate and learn multiple finishing machines safely.
• Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate tabletop label rewind and slitting machines with setup and daily cleaning.
• Assemble, finish and process daily volume of print rolls, sheets and stickers.
• Assist shipping by preparing packets and supporting product workflow.
• Interpret job orders to properly set machines to customer specs.
• Perform quality checks and remove defective items.
• Cross-train on other printing machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with other teams to support production flow.
