You may spend time in an office or on the shop floor, with overtime, weekends, and holidays possible. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and practical problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Able to work in environments with temperature extremes, dust fumes, and loud noise while following safety rules.

Aufgaben

• Know current condition of bar on bed and related speed and quality measures.
• Prepare for pass changes, box changes and repairs during downtime.
• Maintain focus on cost and reducing waste.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and well maintained.
• Work safely by following safety rules and wearing PPE.
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and communication with team.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold Safety Culture.
• Daily housekeeping of immediate work area.
• Stand for the duration of shift and perform physical tasks.
• Work a 12-hour shift with overtime, weekends and holidays.
