• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Know current condition of bar on bed and related speeds.
• Prepare for pass/box changes and repairs during downtime.
• Maintain focus on cost, waste reduction and efficiency.
