Job summary

CMC is seeking dedicated personnel to join our steel reinforcement and ground stabilization operations. You will work in a fast-paced facility, operating equipment, and supporting production teams to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor current condition of bar on bed and relate to speed and quality.
• Prepare for pass changes, box changes and repairs during downtime.
• Maintain cost focus and look for ways to reduce waste and cost.
• Keep work area clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Troubleshoot problems using knowledge and teamwork.
