Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, Inc., is seeking a manufacturing associate for the Additional Finishes department in Dickson, TN. The role involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment, and following ISO 9001 quality standards across finishing operations.

You will assist with audits, safety trainings, and ensuring product specifications are met. Training new hires and coordinating with maintenance are key responsibilities.

• Experience in safety training and onboarding of new hires.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to.
• Helps to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for Additional Finishes department.
• Follows the Quality Management System, ISO 9001 certified, for finishing operations.
• Performs necessary Lock/Tag/Test audits and assists in delivering weekly safety training materials.
• Ensures product specifications are followed in the Additional Finishes department.
• Responsible for reviewing PM and lubrication processes.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating the operations of the department.
• Responsible for training of all new hires on safety and quality policies.
