Job summary

You will perform audits, maintenance, and hands-on tasks while training new hires on safety and equipment operations, contributing to ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement. dh

Responsibilities

• Ensures all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for the Additional Finishes department
• Follows the ISO 9001 Quality Management System for finishing operations
• Performs PM, lubrication, and basic maintenance tasks
• Reviews product specifications across the Additional Finishes department
• Trains new hires on safety, quality policies, and equipment operation
• Collaborates with maintenance to sustain operator basic care programs
• Operates loader/unloader machines and handles setup changes
• Supports water treatment duties and chemical product handling
• Performs additional tasks as needed
