Job summary

Dal-Tile, part of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Rectifying Technician for the C shift to support finishing operations. You will enforce safety protocols, participate in quality control, and coordinate tasks within the Additional Finishes department.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, equipment operation, and the ability to train new hires on safety and process standards. The team emphasizes growth, internal promotions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience following safety protocols.
• Follows ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Basic maintenance and lubrication knowledge.
• Ability to train new hires on safety and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to.
• Help maintain a safe and healthy working environment for the Additional Finishes department.
• Follow the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) for finishing operations.
• Perform PM, lubrication tasks and assist in safety training materials.
• Ensure product specifications are followed in the Additional Finishes department.
• Assist supervisor in coordinating operations of the department.
• Train new hires on safety, quality policy and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to sustain operator basic care programs.
• Fill-in and relief duties for all Additional Finishes functions.
• Operate loader/unloader machines, adjust setup, perform basic maintenance.
• Assist in water treatment duties and chemical applications.
• Complete other tasks as needed.
