Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of folding carton converting experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to workers and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules.
• Analyze work orders and determine process, materials, machines, and sequence of operation.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coach supervisory staff to meet production goals.
