Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs finishing production to meet quality and quantity targets at lowest cost.
• Develops and enforces operating policies; ensures policy adherence.
• Coordinates with all plant departments to carry out responsibilities.
• Manages employees, sets performance goals, allocates resources and evaluates performance.
• Leads safety, quality, and productivity improvements; drives throughput gains.
