Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 2-5 years of management/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Results driven individual with goals of advancing within the organization
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Foresight, creativity, sense of urgency, and good organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs finishing department operation to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Develops/implements operating policies and ensures policy application.
• Coordinates with all plant departments to carry out responsibilities.
• Manages employees by setting performance goals and allocating resources.
• Provides leadership for continuous improvement in safety, quality and throughput.
• Guides production management to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Assists Plant/Operations Manager in all aspects.
• Upholds company values and external relationships.
