Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Availability to work extended schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift of 15-20 associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and production targets.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to meet specs.
