Responsibilities

• Receive work assignments from the Press Supervisor or Team Lead and review job requirements to determine proper cores and rewind processes.
• Review job documentation to confirm all finishing, packaging, and shipping instructions are clearly defined and followed.
• Monitor product quality during processing and package finished materials accordingly; observe material movement through machines to identify issues with cutting, winding, or alignment.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards, including color accuracy, dimensions, die cuts, perforations, print quality, and correct quantities for shipment; support converting operations as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Change out or replace blades on inspection and production machines as required.
• Accurately complete production paperwork and prepare finished goods for customer shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
• Regularly lift and/or move materials weighing up to 70 pounds, with or without mechanical assistance.
