Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Finishing Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on ensuring print and seam quality, handling rolls with care, and precise splicing per specifications. You will record data in the Radius system and support special projects as needed.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, plus experience in printing. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage with a shift differential and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred.
• Standing, bending, and manual dexterity required; physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices roll web per specifications.
• Uses ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing.
• Handles rolls and pallets to prevent damage.
• Records data in Radius and on designated paperwork.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
