Phillips Staffing is seeking a 2nd Shift Finishing Machine Operator in Liberty, SC for a leading manufacturer. The role involves removing flash and blemishes, handling castings, and using gauges while meeting production targets. You’ll work with a team in a medium-to-fast paced environment and follow safety protocols, dress code, and overtime as needed.

This is a full-time position with regular 2nd shift hours and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 2nd Shift Finishing Machine Operator for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Removes flash and blemished per control plan using proper tool and supervisors’ instructions.
• Handles castings in acceptable manner, bulk or layer pack per supervisors’ instructions.
• Uses gauges per supervisors’ instruction.
• Meets minimum production requirements.
• Performs housekeeping duties per supervisors’ instructions.
• Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots.

Requirements

• Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work Overtime, as required
• Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide.
