Responsibilities include removing flash, handling castings, and using gauges under supervisor instructions, along with maintaining housekeeping and adhering to safety gear policies. Overtime may be required.

Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 1st Shift Finishing Machine Operator for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Removes flash and blemished per control plan using proper tool and supervisors’ instructions.
• Handles castings in acceptable manner, bulk or layer pack per supervisors’ instructions.
• Uses gauges per supervisors’ instruction.
• Meets minimum production requirements.
• Performs housekeeping duties per supervisors’ instructions.
• Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated
• Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work Overtime, as required
• Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide.

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
