Job summary

Phoenix Color is seeking a Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2 to join our production team on the night shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain laminating machinery, monitor runs, perform quality checks, and help ensure safety.

This role requires the ability to stand 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, follow instructions, and work well in a team. A high school diploma is preferred; mechanical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, bend and reach as needed.
• Follow written instructions with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (Every other Thursday based on production)

What You’ll Do

As a Finishing Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2 , you’ll play an important role in our production team by:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
• Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
• Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
• Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
• Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed

What It Takes

• Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
• Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools

Preferred : High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience
