Job summary

Isola Group is seeking an A Shift Finishing Lead at our Chandler, AZ location. The role manages finishing operations, tracks production orders, and ensures product data and delivery dates meet KPI targets on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include scheduling and prioritizing production activities, reviewing reports to resolve costs and delays, and communicating area status to the team. EHS leadership and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends and support other shifts as needed.
• Successful completion of 90-day probation or approval required.

• Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.

• Communicates area status and priorities through verbal and written passdowns.
• Assists Operations Supervisor and Production Manager with all other duties as assigned.

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an A Shift Finishing Lead at our Chandler, AZ Location.

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Sunday - Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday (Overtime extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: D

Compensation: $26 per hour

THE ROLE

The Finishing Lead reviews, and tracks, production orders on the warehouse floor to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, specifications of products, and scheduled delivery dates in order to meet departmental KPI’s.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures all employees fulfill their EHS responsibilities and sets the example for the team to follow.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.

INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY

• Must have successfully completed the 90-day new hire/newly transferred probationary period, unless otherwise approved by the employee’s direct supervisor.
• Must be in good standing at the time of application. Employees are not considered to be in good standing while an active Written Warning or Final Written Warning is in effect. Written Warnings remain active for six (6) months from the date issued.
• Must meet ongoing workplace expectations, including satisfactory performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing Experience
• Must be able to work for extended hours, weekends, and support other shifts as needed
• Forklift Experience Preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 12 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
