Job summary

JM Huber Corporation is seeking a Finishing Forklift/Strapper II to operate the strapping station and forklift, supporting the finishing line by tagging, counting, and strap­ping boards. The role involves offloading units, staging work in designated areas, and assisting with safety programs.

Responsibilities include inspecting the strapping station, moving materials with various forklifts, and training new or replacement employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0 to 3 Years Manufacturing Experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays per shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operates strapping station, forklift, and relieves operators in the production of tagged, counted, and strapped units of board.
• Offloads units from the strapper out feed conveyor and stages in designated area.
• Trains new and replacement employees and participates in safety programs.
• Moves freight, stock, raw materials, finished goods and other materials to and from storage and production areas using forklifts.
