Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembly/Packaging Technician in Alliance, NE to ensure finished hoses meet customer and Parker specifications. You will follow standard work for assembly, packaging, and inspection, document quality checks, and monitor equipment to maintain product quality.
Responsibilities include identifying defects and packaging per customer requirements, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Position Summary
Responsible for ensuring all final inspected hose meets customer requirements, conforms to specifications established by Parker and industry standards. Packages hose into reel or box depending on customer requirement.
1, Must be capable of following and meeting standard work requirements for assembly, packaging, processing, and inspection of final product.
2. Assure all necessary documents required are properly prepared and completed.
3. Monitor production equipment while in operation to ensure quality of product.
4. Identify and eliminate known defects and document all good and non-conforming products.
5. Package hose per customer requirement
6. Perform quality inspections of packaging materials and final product as it is packaged.
7. Identify and eliminate any known defects.
