Position Summary

To support manufacturing operations and produce quality products with efficiency and accuracy.

Shift:

3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday

Duties:

• Perform operations to meet specified dimensions and tolerances based on manufacturing documents including part prints, process routers, and SOPs.
• Operate within plant/shop safety rules and maintain good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain quality and productivity levels during manufacturing.
• Follow plant rules, policies, and good documentation practices.
• Work cohesively with team members.
• Perform operations under supervision to assemble component parts into finished goods, satisfying quality and production requirements.
• Perform polishing/grinding operations using stationary equipment, requiring leaning forward with arms extended over grinding motor for extended periods.
• Work primarily sitting, with limited standing, bending, or twisting.
• Occasionally move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain visual acuity to detect subtle product non-conformities.

Additional Duties:

Education:
