3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday

Duties

1. Performs operations to meet specified dimensions and tolerances based on manufacturing documents including part prints, process routers, and SOPs.
2. Operates within plant/shop safety rules and maintains good housekeeping practices.
3. Maintains quality and productivity levels during manufacturing.
4. Follows plant rules, policies, EH&S policies, and documentation practices.
5. Works well with others in a team environment.
6. Performs manufacturing operations of surgical instruments under supervision by an experienced Lead or higher.
7. Follows procedures to assemble parts into finished goods, ensuring quality and production standards.
8. Performs polishing/grinding using stationary equipment, requiring leaning forward and extended arms.
9. Primarily seated work with limited standing, bending, or twisting.
10. Occasionally moves products weighing up to 50 pounds.
11. Uses visual acuity to detect product non-conformities.

Additional Skills

2. Ability to read and interpret part prints and control sheets.
3. Performs fine motor tasks with good eye-hand coordination.
4. Demonstrates consistent quality and proficiency.
