Position Summary

To support manufacturing operations and produce quality products with efficiency and accuracy.

Shift

3:00pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday

Duties

1. Perform operations to meet specified dimensions and tolerances based on manufacturing documents including part prints, process routers, and SOPs.
2. Operate within plant/shop safety rules and maintain good housekeeping practices.
3. Maintain quality and productivity levels during manufacturing.
4. Follow plant rules, policies, and good documentation practices.
5. Maintain cleanliness in work area and the plant.
6. Work cohesively with team members.
7. Perform manufacturing of surgical instruments under supervision.
8. Follow procedures to assemble components into finished goods, ensuring quality and production standards.
9. Perform polishing/grinding with stationary equipment, requiring leaning forward with arms extended.
10. Work primarily sitting, with limited standing, bending, or twisting.
11. Occasional movement of products weighing up to 50 pounds.
12. Visual acuity to detect product non-conformities.

Additional Skills
