Job summary

Donaldson Company, Inc. is seeking a Finisher in Monticello, IN to assemble filtration products on the 1st shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This on-site role emphasizes collaborative work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include supporting CANS and other assembly tasks, inspecting finished goods, and using a range of hand tools and power equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent plus trade-related experience is preferred.

Monticello, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Will support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
• Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs.
• Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
• Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
• Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instruction

• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.

• Problem solves efficiently and effectively

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $19.60. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
