Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Finisher in Monticello, IN to assemble filtration products in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site role with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The role involves supporting Plastic Assembly, inspecting products, and using hand tools and power equipment to finish items. A high school diploma or equivalent plus trade experience is preferred. Benefits included.

The Finisher role at our Monticello, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st shift on-site position, with hours from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Role Responsibilities

• Will support CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
• Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs.
• Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
• Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
• Other duties may be assigned in order to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.

• Make sound decisions & maintain consistent high quality in work habits
• Exhibit attention to detail
• Problem solves efficiently and effectively

Hourly Rate

$19.60

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
