Monarch Manufacturing, Inc.’s Finish Department’s Finishers are an integral part of the cabinet production process. Finishers take our custom cabinetry and apply the multitude of paint or stain options that we offer to create a truly custom piece. It is because of their extreme attention to detail and consistency that our customers’ cabinets make it to the next stages of the production process and eventually into our customers’ homes or businesses.
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
Prior woodworking or cabinetry experience is preferred but not required. Prior painting experience is preferred but not required. Prior sanding experience is preferred but not required.
Sullivan, Illinois.
$18.00 to $22.00 an hour.
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. (40 hours a week). Mandatory overtime is determined on a day‑to‑day basis.
