Job summary

Katella Deli seeks a dedicated bakery team member to prepare icings, fillings and pastries, and ensure timely decoration for customer orders and displays.

You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, and help maintain high-quality pastry production while supporting a welcoming guest experience at Katella Deli.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related bakery or food production experience preferred.
• Valid California Food Handler Card required for employees who prepare, store, or serve food.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience operating a depositor, deck oven, rack oven and spiral mixer preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

• Ability to read and follow recipes, safety guidelines, and other work-related documents.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift ingredients or products as required.
