Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of baked goods to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with bakers to address quality concerns and provide feedback.
• Check incoming ingredients for freshness, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Verify that the baking process follows established recipes and procedures, monitor temperature, baking time and equipment settings.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Conduct hygiene and sanitation inspections of equipment, workspaces, and personnel, ensuring proper food handling.
• Collaborate with bakery team members to educate them on quality control best practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Conduct regular hygiene and sanitation inspections of equipment, workspaces, and personnel. Ensure that all employees follow proper food handling, personal hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with bakery team members to educate them on quality control best practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
