Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Finisher at its White River Marine Group facility in Arkansas. The role involves performing marine finishing operations including layout and installation of electronics, plumbing, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.

You will contribute to assembly, assist in moving vessels, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; physical capability for lifting and standing is expected.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Finisher is responsible for performing all marine finishing operations including layout and installation of electronics, pluming, seats, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Installs wiring, plumbing, electronics, seats, and consoles using a variety of hand tools.
• Assists in pick, move, and set up of vessels using lifting and towing equipment.
• Maintains tools and clean department/cart before end of each shift each day.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
