Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Clinton, MO is seeking an Assembly B to perform final touch cleanup of boats and install specific parts during the rigging stage. You will prepare color/size parts, create pre-cut trims, and drill holes to secure accessories on deck.

Responsibilities include installing parts with screws/bolts, trimming openings for fit, cleaning boats with chemicals, applying decals, and upholding safety standards in both indoor and outdoor work areas.

• Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work
• Precision work and problem solving
• Specific visual requirements: ability to distinguish basic colors, and shades of color

Responsibilities

• Develops the appropriate color and size parts to be installed in boats.
• Creates pre-cut hose or trim to correct length to fit appropriate boat model.
• Creates drill holes in appropriate location on deck into which screws/bolts will be inserted to secure parts.
• Performs and trim pre-cut openings for better fit if necessary.
• Installs assigned parts and accessories using securing devices (screws, bolts, brackets, hose clamps).
• Cleans boats using various chemicals and applies decals.
