• Ability to finish products using techniques such as burring, reaming, tapping, polishing, and blasting
• Ability to follow operation sheets, blueprints, and specifications
• Ability to inspect parts according to specifications
• Punctuality and reliability
• Good math skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
